NEW STUDENT RESIDENCE IN MILAN BOVISA – 550 ROOMS

New temporary residence for students designed with the artistic direction of Atelier Mendini, involves the creation of 600 beds divided into single rooms, single rooms with shared bathroom, double rooms and cluster rooms.
The project is divided into 3 bodies of which the two lowest are 6 floors above ground and the central one is spread over 20 floors with a rooftop at the top.
The complex is equipped with premium services for users: indoor and outdoor study rooms, conference rooms, outdoor theater spaces, common rooms with kitchen, indoor and outdoor fitness area, music room and ample parking for new mobility. Entirely designed in BIM.
