NEW RESIDENCE – 15 UNITS

New accommodation facility, consisting of 15 units, 9 two-room apartments and 6 one-room apartments, designed to accommodate up to 54 people in 24 independent rooms with en-suite bathroom. The project consisted in the conversion of a 3-storey office building into a residential one, with the addition of common areas on the rooftop and in the basement, where there are: a solarium terrace, a 50 mq pergola, an outdoor and indoor whirlpool, a spa and a gym. The structure is completed by common service areas such as meeting room, laundry, reception and outdoor and covered parking spaces (also with electric recharge).
