NEW ACCOMMODATION PROPERTY / HOTEL CHAIN

The accommodation building is strategically positioned a short distance from the RFI Rogoredo high-speed station and the M3 Yellow line.

The project, due to its strategic position, has the iconic character of a gateway to Milan for a renowned international hotel chain.

It is spread over 7 floors above ground, with 126 double rooms and two suites on the top floor of the structure.

On the ground floor there are a series of rooms, including an area dedicated to reception, two meeting rooms to host meetings, conferences and a more informal area structured with a bar corner in which guests can interact in a relaxing environment and breakfast, lunch, socializing and even holding informal business meetings in a pleasant and inclusive environment.
